Effective, non-drying facial cleansing lotion and makeup remover leaves skin clean, soft, and feeling fresh. As it's removed from the skin with a moistened cotton pad, the formula gently and thoroughly lifts dirt, pollutants, and makeup. Apply approx. 1/4 tsp. to a moistened cotton pad and use upward movements to remove dirt and makeup from the skin's surface. Repeat until the cotton looks clean. Follow with Valeen Toner and rinse well. Complete by applying the recommended night cream for your skin type.
