Refund policy

We're happy to provide you with a full refund for products returned to Christine Valmy, with a receipt, within 21 calendar days of the date you received it. We only accept returns on orders placed on www.christinevalmy.com or at one of our Christine Valmy International School locations. If the item(s) were purchased online, please email orders@christinevalmy.com for return instructions. If purchased at a Christine Valmy International School location, the item(s) must be returned, with the receipt, at the location of purchase. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days of receiving the item(s) at our facilities.

International orders cannot be returned or refunded.
