For Combination Skin
A proper cleanse is two steps, and most people only do the first one. A cleanser is built to dissolve and loosen the makeup and buildup on your face. Taking all of it off is the toner's job.
Valeen is that second step. It sweeps away what your cleanser loosens and rinses your face clean, and your skin feels fresh and balanced afterward.
It also supports your skin's natural pH and leaves the surface ready to absorb whatever you put on next, which is why a toner belongs at the end of your cleanse.
Arnica and yarrow calm, witch hazel, rosemary and sage tone and purify, chamomile and aloe soothe the look of redness, burdock root helps even things out, and horsetail and dandelion sit behind them.
It's a fluid, mild toner, and rinsing it is part of the design.
How to Use+
After cleansing, apply 10 to 12 drops to a moistened cotton pad and sweep over your face with upward movements. Rinse with lukewarm water and follow with your serum or moisturizer.
Pro Tip: Toners are meant to be rinsed. They are part of the cleanse, there to lift the residue your cleanser loosens and restore your skin's acid mantle and natural pH.
