Most toners leave that tight, squeaky feeling but 5.5 does the opposite.
It's the last step of your cleanse rather than a step after it. Your cleanser loosens makeup, oil and the day's buildup, and 5.5 lifts the last of what's left on the surface. Then it brings skin back to a pH of 5.5, its own natural acidity level, and its protective barrier works properly at that pH.
Chamomile and allantoin calm the look of redness and irritation, ginseng leaves skin looking fresh, and chlorophyll and wheat germ nourish. Nothing about it feels stripped. It's for all skin types, and it's great for sensitive skin.
Sweep 10 to 12 drops over your whole face and neck with a cotton pad, morning and night, then rinse with lukewarm water and follow with your serum or cream. This toner is meant to be rinsed. It's the final part of your cleanse, not a leave-on step.
With regular use your skin feels soft and balanced, and your serum and cream absorb into it instead of sitting on top.
How to Use+
After cleansing, sweep 10 to 12 drops over the face and neck with a cotton pad, morning and night. Rinse with lukewarm water, then follow with your serum or cream.
Pro Tip: This toner is meant to be rinsed. It works as the final part of your cleanse, lifting the last of the residue and bringing skin back to its natural pH before the next step.
