Apply to a wet face and neck. Massage well with circular motions for 30 to 60 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water and follow with day or night creams. If you feel a tingling sensation – that's the enzymes hard at work!

I ordered the Neem Purifying Cleanser: Daily Exfoliating & Cleansing Cream and it is different, or old. I opened it and it was all like oil(no cream). I could not mix it, but I tried it on my face. Well, I could not even wash it off my face (very greasy). I ordered it 3 other times and it was great, now I have to throw it away.

As all of our products are made fresh on site in small batches in our own laboratory and factory, we are able to maintain utmost quality control, while swiftly identifying any issues or concerns. That said, we discovered the issue was with that particular batch of Neem. We are currently undergoing quality control testing of a new batch. Our resident skin care educator and customer engagement specialist, Despina, can offer a complimentary consultation to better understand your skin care needs and give you an alternate product. We will notify you when Neem is available again and send a replacement. We apologize for this inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
