Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within one business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed during the weekend. Any orders placed on Friday and through the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note we cannot guarantee a day or time for delivery, as shipping times are provided by the carriers and are estimations only.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number at the time of order fulfillment. This email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Christine Valmy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We’re happy to provide you with a full refund for unopened products returned to Christine Valmy, with a receipt, within 21 days of the date you received it. We only accept returns on orders placed on www.christinevalmy.com or at one of our Christine Valmy International School locations. If the item(s) were purchased online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. If purchased at a Christine Valmy International School location, the item(s) must be returned, with the receipt, at the location of purchase.
